ValueOptions® is seeking two full time candidates to work at their Client Company corporate offices in San Francisco, California.

EAP Clinical Coordinator, Position #08-1066 – California licensed MFT, LCSW or PhD. The candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of ValueOptions® contracted EAP Onsite Counselors to ensure optimum performance and consistent adherence to professional standards set forth by the ValueOptions® Counselors to ensure optimum performance and consistent adherence to professional standards set forth by the ValueOptions® client contact.  Candidate must have current CA clinical license, five (5) years of direct psych/chemical dependency work experience, knowledge and experience using management information systems, excellent presentation skills, and team orientation.  CEAP credential preferred.

EAP/Peer Volunteer Administrator, Position #09-0136 - California licensed MFT, LCSW or PhD. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administered by ValueOptions®, provides confidential counseling services to their client company’s employees and their covered dependants.  This position, under the supervision of the ValueOptions® Sr. Acct Executive and Company Client EAP Manager, takes the lead in administering the EAP’s Peer Volunteer Program (PVP), which provides peer assistance to employees and family members with alcohol and drug problems.  The PVP Administrator does this by recruiting employee-volunteers in long term recovery from alcohol and drug abuse, and training them to support their coworkers in need.  This job is responsible for the administration and advocacy of the PVP.  In addition, this job performs evaluation and development of the PVP, coordinates PVP and EAP trainings, and performs other analytical, project management and administrative duties within the EAP as assigned. Candidate must have current CA clinical license, a minimum of one year EAP experience, familiar with 12 step programs including Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon, excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and group presentation skills.
